Scope
CitizenInterview is an educational service provided by WeiCity Inc. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by USCIS or the U.S. government. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee an exam outcome.
Account and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and do not abuse, attack, scrape, or resell the service. You may use fictional information in the practice N-400 profile; real documents are not required.
Pro auto-renewal
In-app subscriptions are charged by the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically monthly or every three months unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel them in the applicable store account. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation.
Content and availability
Study material is organized from public USCIS resources. We work to keep it accurate and available, but content, features, and third-party services may change or be interrupted.
Termination and changes
Serious abuse may result in account restrictions. Material changes will be posted here; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
Referral Pro time
An invited new user receives 7 days of Pro after email verification. The inviter may receive 15 days for a qualifying first monthly payment or 30 days for a qualifying first quarterly payment after the review period. Fraud, refunds, disputes, duplicate devices or payments, annual limits, and account deletion may delay, deny, or reverse these days.
