How to request account deletion

1. Sign in to CitizenInterview with the account you want to delete.
2. If you have an active Apple or Google subscription, cancel it in that store first. Deleting the account does not cancel store billing.
3. Return to Account & data, scroll to Permanently delete account, check the confirmation box, and select Permanently delete account.

This immediately disables sign-in and deletes your study profile, progress, answers, and mock exams. The sign-in identity is shared with WeiCity, so WeiCity posts and cloud-drive files tied to the same account are also queued for deletion. Financial ledgers required for accounting, law, or fraud prevention are retained. This cannot be undone.
