Data we process
We use account details, study progress, typed answers, mock-exam records, and subscription status to provide the service. The practice N-400 profile may use fictional information.
Voice data
Audio is used only to transcribe and score that response through the OpenAI API. It is deleted after transcription and CitizenInterview does not retain the recording. We keep only the transcript and grading result as study history.
Payments
Stripe processes web payments; Apple or Google processes in-app purchases. We receive transaction identifiers, product, subscription status, and expiration to grant access, but not complete payment-card details.
Sharing and security
Data is shared only with processors needed for hosting, email, voice AI, payment, and store services. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app tracking.
Choices and deletion
You can stop using voice features, cancel a subscription, and delete your account. The sign-in identity is shared with WeiCity, so deletion also covers WeiCity posts and cloud-drive files tied to that account. Financial ledger records may be retained for legal and fraud-prevention purposes.
