   Set a comfortable pace

   Turn on Senior mode at the top of the page for larger text and slower speech with longer pauses in new sessions. Check the test version and location in the study profile together.

   Understand the question together

   Read the question and reference answers in the question bank. Simplified and Traditional Chinese pages also offer Mandarin or Cantonese narration when the matching device voice is available.

   Let the learner answer

   After signing in, open speaking practice, select “Start a spoken conversation”, and allow the microphone when prompted. Wait for “You can start answering now” before speaking. If recording is unavailable, follow the page instructions to retry or answer by text.

   Review after practice

   After a mock exam, open the report and use its next steps to review missed questions or complete untested sections. On the mock exam page, you can view past reports before deciding to start another exam.
